NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Montgomery County,
Indiana, in Cause No. 54CO1-1807-MF-000728 wherein The Fountain Trust Company, Covington, Indiana, was
Plaintiff, and Jeremy L. Weidenburner was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said
Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of October, 2019,
at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 600 Memorial Drive, Crawfordsville, Indiana
47933, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Montgomery County, Indiana.
Part of the Northeast quarter of Section ten (10), Township twenty (20) North, Range five (5) West, being
described as follows: Commencing at a railroad spike marking the Northwest corner of said quarter section
and running thence North ninety (90) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds East (bearings based
upon previous surveys) along the North line of said quarter section four hundred thirty-five and sixty
hundredths (435.60) feet to a railroad spike; thence South zero (00) degrees twenty-nine (29) minutes
fifty-six (56) seconds West two hundred one and fifty-one hundredths (201.51) feet to a 5/8” rebar marking
the true point of beginning of this description; thence North ninety (90) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00)
seconds East two hundred forty (240) feet to a point witnessed by a 5/8” rebar South ninety (90) degrees
zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds West twelve and fifty hundredths (12.50) feet; thence South zero (00)
degrees twenty-nine (29) minutes fifty-six (56) seconds West one hundred eighty-one and fifty hundredths
(181.50) feet to a point witnessed by a 5/8” rebar South ninety (90) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00)
seconds West twelve and fifty hundredths (12.50) feet; thence South ninety (90) degrees zero (00) minutes
(00) seconds West two hundred two hundred forty (240) feet to a 5/8” rebar; thence North zero (00) degrees
twenty-nine (29) minutes fifty-six (56) seconds East one hundred eighty-one and fifty hundredths (181.50)
feet to the point of beginning, CONTAINING one (1) acre; TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress being
twenty-five (25) feet of equal and even width and lying twelve and fifty hundredths (12.50) feet on each
side of the following described centerline: Beginning at a railroad spike on the North line of said quarter
section North ninety (90) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds East six hundred seventy-five (675)
feet from a railroad spike marking the Northwest corner of said quarter section, and running thence South
zero (00) degrees twenty-nine (29) minutes fifty-six (56) seconds West two hundred one and fifty-one
hundredths (201.51) feet to the Northeast corner of the above described tract and the point of termination
of said easement centerline; TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress being twelve and fifty
hundredths (12.50) feet of equal and even width and lying East of and adjacent to the East line of the above
described tract. SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress being twelve and fifty hundredths
(12.50) feet of equal and even width off of and from the entire East side of the above described tract;

appraisement laws.
