By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Montgomery County, Indiana, in Cause No. 54C01-1904-MF-000420, wherein
First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs of Juanita A.
McDaniel, Deceased, First Financial Bank, successor in interest to Montgomery Savings,
a Federal Association, and First Financial Bank, successor in interest to Mainsource
Bank – Crawfordsville were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder
on the 19th day of October, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is
possible, at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 600 Memorial Drive, Crawfordsville,
Indiana 47933, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Montgomery County,

SECTION; THENCE SOUTH 89° 13’ 15” WEST PARALLEL WITH SAID SOUTH LINE

201403316, IN THE RECORDER’S OFFICE OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, INDIANA.
Parcel No. 02-05-500-004.001-016.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without
relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished
in the proceedings known as Cause No. 54C01-1904-MF-000420 in the Circuit Court of
the County of Montgomery, Indiana.
