They join long-time corporate sponsors CEL&P/Accelplus, Nucor, MainSource, RR Donnelley and International Paper.
The corporate sponsorship program was created in 2004 as a way to offset costs for Chamber services to its members and provide its sponsors increased visibly in the community to recognize the important role that they play in the economic well-being of our community.
“We are so pleased to have Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health–Crawfordsville as a corporate sponsor and join with our other five like-minded businesses who see the benefits of going “above and beyond” in supporting our members and the community,” said S. David Long, executive vice president of the Chamber. “At the same time, we also hope the entire community recognizes the many other events and activities these business support that help make our community a better place to live and work.”
Commenting on the new relationship, Tom Peck, executive director of Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health–Crawfordsville, said, “We are proud to be a corporate sponsor of the Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. We have supported the Chamber in a variety of ways throughout the years, so it was only natural to make the next step. Being a health care provider, we can continue to inform and educate Chamber members about all of the changes in health care, as well as serve as a resource for our community. Our goal is to work with all groups around Montgomery County to address those needs.”
