Vivian M. (Crumley) Delp, 91, of Veedersburg passed away at 1:03 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, in the emergency room of Franciscan Health Crawfordsville.

Vivian was born April 30, 1928, in Richland Township, Fountain County, Indiana, the daughter of the late Ward and Ibbie (VanBodengraven) Crumley. She was a life-resident of Richland Township. She attended school in Mellott and graduated from Newtown High School.

Vivian worked as a school monitor for Richland Township School and later at Fountain Central High School.

She was a member of the Richland Township Sewing Club. She loved her pet cats and her late Labrador dog “Buddie.”

On Feb. 16, 1948, Vivian married Troy Eugene Delp in Attica. Troy preceded her in death Nov. 20, 2011.

She leaves behind son Durwin (Peggy) Delp, Crawfordsville; five grandchildren, Travis, Jason, Brian and Christopher Delp; Samantha Fye; 14 great-grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by sons, Kevin and Eugene Delp; and granddaughter Teresa Knipe.

Friends may call noon Wednesday, Sept. 25 until service time at 2 p.m. at Maus Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Pastor Greg McDonald will officiate. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro.
