Howard G. Alexander Sr. of Waynetown passed away on the morning of Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at the age of 69.

Howard was born Sept. 29, 1950, at Glasgow, Kentucky, to the late James and Goldie Mae (Ferril) Alexander.

Howard was self-employed most of his life in the signage repair business. He enjoyed playing pool, music, being outdoors and collecting antiques.

In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Crabtree, Edith Huddleston, Wanda Alexander and Janie Craig.

Surviors include: sons, Howard G. Alexander Jr. and Dusty (Lisa) Alexander, both of Springhill, Florida, Rocky Alexander of Richmond, Kentucky, and Tyler Alexander of Crawfordsville; daughter Nikki Alexander of Richmond, Kentucky; step-children, Tom (Shana) Osborne, Crawfordsville, Ted Lewellen Jr., Michael Lewellen, Alexandra Lewellen and Coty Alexander; brothers, James Alexander of Crawfordsville and David Alexander of Indianapolis; sister Linda Coffenberry, Crawfordsville; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews who were all very special to him.

He will always be loved and rememberd by those who knew him best.

Private arrangements are being made. No visitation will be held.
