The Indiana Code of Judicial Conduct prohibits judges and candidates for judge from responding to traditional candidate questions. We are generally only permitted to state our legal and community experience, without making any political statements or predicting how we might handle particular matters that may occur in court. Therefore, I must decline from responding to the questions posed.

That being said, I am honored and humbled to serve as the Judge of the Montgomery Superior Court 1. I remind myself regularly that it is a privilege enjoyed by a small percentage of those qualified to do it. I strive to provide respectful, courteous and efficient legal services to our community.
