By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court 2 of Montgomery County, Indiana, in Cause No. 54D02-2001-MF-000035, wherein Hoosier Heartland State Bank was Plaintiff, and Leon R. Smith, Sherry L. Smith, Andrew Russell and Ashley Thompson were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of July, 2020, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 600 Memorial Drive, Crawfordsville, Indiana, 47933, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Montgomery County.

Part of the southwest quarter of section 17, township 17 north, range 4 west, in montgomery county, being described as follows: commencing at a railroad spike on the south line of said quarter section south 90 degrees00 minutes 00 seconds west (assumed bearing) 1180.44 feet from a railroad spike marking the southeast corner thereof and the place of beginning, and running thence south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west along said south line 97.66 feet to a railroad spike and the southeast corner of a 0852 of an acre. more or less, tract conveyed by james a. clore and martha jane clore, husband and wife to james l. myers, by warranty deed daed august 25, 1978 as recorded in deed record 232, page 92 in the office of the montgomery county recorder; thence north 00 degrees 21 minutes 45 seconds west along the east line of said myers tract 182.76 feet measured (north 176.4 ffet, more or less, by record description) to a wood post and the northeast corner thereof, thence north 0 degrees 21 minutes 57 seconds west, 74.54 feet to a point; thence south 89 degrees 33 minutes 15 seconds east, 111.05 feet to the east line of the parent tract; thence south 02 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds west along said east line, 256.79 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.616 acres, more or less in montgomery county, indiana.
