By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Montgomery County, Indiana, in Cause No. 54D01-1912-MF-001328, wherein J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. was Plaintiff, and Keith D. McCurrey and Rebeca D. McCurrey were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 8th day of July, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 600 Memorial Drive, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Montgomery County, Indiana:
