Tiffany Alford, a customer service representative, has joined the virtual branch team at Hoosier Heartland State Bank. She began her career at HHSB as a floating CSR in August 2019.
The virtual branch combines the ease and convenience of digital banking with the personal touch of traditional banking. It is a full-service branch that delivers any service a customer would receive in a traditional branch.
In her new role, Alford will be responsible for assisting all branch locations with incoming calls and technical support requests, along with processing transactions, opening new accounts and assisting customers with their banking needs.
“Tiffany has been a great asset to HHSB as a floating teller,” said Rachel Zachary, virtual branch manager. “We’re excited for this transition, as she is already very familiar with many of our customers and their needs. She has a high aptitude with technology and will be a great addition to the team as we continue to find ways to assist customers that choose to bank without walking inside a branch.”
Alford is originally from Knightstown. She currently resides in Ladoga with her husband and their six children.
