Amelia “Millie” Jane Gaskin, a daughter, was born at 5:03 p.m. Nov. 8 at IU North Health Hospital, Carmel, to Mason and Anna (Portwood) Gaskin. At birth, she weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches.
Maternal grandparents are Cheryl Portwood and Darrell Portwood. Paternal grandparents are Trina Gaskin and Jr. Gaskin.
