Betty L. (Hubble) Foster, 89, of New Market passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2020. She resided with her granddaughter Heather in Shelbyville.
She was born June 23, 1931, at Ladoga, to the late Roy and Ora Belle (Wright) Hubble.
In 1949, she graduated from Ladoga High School as valedictorian. On July 21, 1950, at New Market, she married Everett B. “E.B.” Foster, who preceded her in death March 5, 2013. Betty enjoyed doing crafts in her free time. She liked sewing, painting, cross stitching, and needle work.
She is survived by daughter Diane Kelly of Indianapolis; sons, Donald (Susie) Foster and David (Brenda) Foster, both of Crawfordsville; sister Sue Kelly of Russellville; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband E.B.; and five siblings Una, John, Francis, Charles and Gene.
There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 at Ladoga Cemetery, with Pastor Tami Mussche officiating. The service will be recorded and can be viewed on Betty’s obituary page at www.sandersfuneralcare.com. Sanders Priebe Funeral Care entrusted with care.
