Mindy Byers is seeking the Republican nomination for Montgomery County Auditor.
Byers is the current chief deputy auditor.
She is a member of New Hope Christian Church, Montgomery County Bicentennial Committee and Drug Free Montgomery County Coalition. She also served as vice precinct committeewoman for Ripley Township and has served as a state delegate.
“The decisions made by auditors impact every county taxpayer,” Byers said. “Experience is critical. I have served as chief deputy in the auditor’s office since 2015. I’ve learned every desk and have over 150 hours of state training.
“I work closely with county leadership and staff, managing over $30 million across hundreds of budget lines. I have a passion to serve this community and the knowledge to do so. For a seamless transition, vote Mindy in May.”
Byers resides in Crawfordsville with her rescue dog, Lennox.
