Crawfordsville Main Street celebrated Arbor Day by collaborating with Montgomery County Soil and Water Conservation District, Indiana American Water and Crawfordsville Street Department to plant three new trees on Pike Street in downtown Crawfordsville on Friday. The plants, two Sugar Maples and a Red Maple, replaced three harmful and invasive trees — Callery Pears. Pictured are members from each collaborating organization along with Mayor Todd Barton.
