LAFAYETTE — Shaun Chalfant, FNP, has joined Franciscan Physician Network Family Medicine Ferry Street Lafayette.
Board-certified as a family nurse practitioner, she joins a team of experienced physicians and advanced care providers who offer a wide range of medical care in an accessible neighborhood setting. Their offices are located at 2708 Ferry St., Lafayette.
Chalfant most recently served as a nurse in the intensive care unit at Franciscan Health Lafayette, where she earlier worked on various medical-surgical inpatient units.
A resident of West Lafayette, she earned her family nurse practitioner’s master’s degree (with honors) at Indiana Wesleyan University. Earlier, she received her undergraduate degree in nursing from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Lafayette. Prior to that, she received an undergraduate degree in Spanish literature and language from Purdue University.
