FRANKFORT — North Montgomery girls basketball's road trip continued Tuesday night as they opened up Sagamore Conference play against Frankfort.
The Chargers were able to come away in what was a defensive contest for their third straight win, holding off the Hotdgos 27-25.
Katie Rice led the Chargers with 10 points in the win.
North Montgomery sees their winning streak at three games with a 3-2 (1-0) record.
The Chargers will now get ready for the annual Sugar Creek Classic which gets underway Friday night at Western Boone. North Montgomery is scheduled to take on the host Stars in the second game of the night which will get underway after the conclusion of Southmont Crawfordsville.
