Faye Cooksey, an account specialist for Hoosier Heartland State Bank, is celebrating 15 years with the bank.
Cooksey is a 19-year banking veteran. She began her career with HHSB in 2005 as a customer service representative and has since worked her way to her current position as account specialist, where she handles all customer needs including teller transactions, account openings and consumer loan requests.
“Faye is a tremendous employee, and her level of customer service is extraordinary,” said Lisa Graham, branch manager at New Ross. “She loves her job, teammates and customers. This is evident in her dedication every day. She is committed to making a positive difference in her work and community. I look forward to working many more years with her.”
Cooksey and her husband of 26 years live in New Ross and have two children and six grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, quilting and spending time with her family.
“Family is one of my greatest blessings,” Cooksey said. “Working at HHSB allows me to be part of an awesome work family and help our community, which has made me a better person.”
