Deborah Lynn (David) Stieren, 71, passed away Nov. 26, 2020, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Born and raised in Crawfordsville, to Joseph and Mary Margaret David, Debby was the youngest of three daughters.

She was a special part of an active family — camping, fishing and shooting archery. She impressed the whole family when she took up horseback riding and won the state championship in dressage at the Indiana State Fair, 1968. That same year she was invited and participated in the American Royal Horse Show in Kansas City. She was also active in singing at school and the local Presbyterian church. Debby attended Crawfordsville High School and Lincoln College in Lincoln, Illinois.

Debby moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 1976 to be near one of her sisters. While working for Sperry Univac, she met Jim Stieren and they were married in 1983. Debby also trained and work as a dog groomer and was very passionate about her own dogs.

Debby is survived by her husband, Jim Stieren and sisters, Jo Anne Fisher and Mary Montague.
