Veterans Memorial Park Board Members Mark Eutsler and John Douglas, Montgomery County Visitors and Convention Bureau Board Members Darren Hass, Casey Hockersmith and Jessica Harris, MCVCB Executive Director Heather Shirk, VMP President Kevin Cobb, and VMP Vice President Mike Spencer celebrate the bureau’s $5,000 grant for the fabrication, installation and space lease in the Indiana Department of Transportation’s Tourist Oriented Directional Signs program. VMP signage will be installed near Interstate 74 Crawfordsville exit ramps later this year. VMP is organized as a not-for-profit corporation and is recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). Its mission is “Honoring All Veterans.” Various parts of the park and its operation are available for sponsorship and underwriting, including purchasing bricks surrounding the center monument.
