Downey is a life-long resident of Montgomery County. He has been married to his wife Thoma for 22 years. They have three children, Jarett, Clayton and Gavin. He received his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College in 1989 and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan in 1999.
Downey has worked in real estate as an appraiser in Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Fountain and Warren counties since 2006. He joined F.C. Tucker in 2016 and currently specializes in residential listings in West Central Indiana.
