Amy Endicott will celebrate her 25th anniversary with Lakeside Book Company on Dec. 27.

Endicott began her career in 1984 feeding the 550 gathering machine. From there, she went to Line 9 to work on the gilders, feed trimmer and various other skills. She then went to Line 12 to operate the hand fed tip and strip machine and later was promoted to a smyth sewer operator, which she did for many years while at Lakeside Book Company. She then made the decision to be an at-home mom with her second child. Endicott later returned back to the work place in the mechanical bind and table area. She was promoted again to a smyth sewer operator and worked there until her current position as a utility and checker for the 320 gathering machine and the JOA cartoner.

Endicott is married to Scot, who is also a Lakeside Book Company employee and they have three children, Lindsey, Logan and Karsyn. She also enjoys camping, cooking, crafts and spending time with family and friends and is affiliated with the First United Methodist Church, Burning Hearts Emmaus Community and the Montgomery County Extension Homemakers.
