NEW MARKET — Food Finders Food Bank Mobile Pantry will distribute food, including fresh produce, an assortment of frozen items, essential non-perishable items, and breads to people in need in the New Market area. The distribution will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 3 at the New Market Elementary School, 103 S. Third St., New Marekt. This is a drive-through distribution. Do not arrive before 11:30 a.m.
The event is for anyone in need of emergency food assistance in New Market and the surrounding area is welcome to attend. Call Food Finders at 765-471-0062 for income guidelines.
Food Finders Mobile Pantry Program allows the agency to expand its outreach to Mid-North Indiana’s neediest and most underserved families. Designed to be a barrier-free distribution, the mobile pantries visit communities whose demand for emergency and supplemental food has outgrown the capacity of local food pantries.
