RIGHT: Waylon Gomez performs Friday at the Strawberry Festival. The three-day festival kicked off on the Lane Place grounds with food booths, arts and crafts and commercial vendors, children’s activities and live music. Saturday’s stage headliner is Elvis tribute artist Shawn Klush. The Leadsmen take the stage from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Other activities include the Corvette car show Saturday and the antique and classic car show Sunday. The Montgomery County Pioneer Association is displaying antique tractors.
