I’d like to thank all the voters and my campaign team for their unwavering support. We had unprecedented turnout for this election and I couldn’t be more proud of our county. I’d also like to send a big thank you to Karyn Douglas and the folks in the clerk’s office. They worked tirelessly into the morning hours to ensure things were done the right way.
Today is a great day for Montgomery County. The residents of Montgomery County spoke and they have chosen to unify behind our country’s vision for the future and continue the great progress we have made in our county. Today is not a victory for me, but a victory for the future of our county.
Moving forward, I will keep the promises I made to my constituents. We’ll continue investing in our roads, bridges and essential infrastructure. We’ll continue to enhance our quality of place, bring new high-paying jobs and quality homes to the county and propel our county forward to be a place where young people want to raise their families. Most importantly, we’ll do all of this by prioritizing communication and transparency so that Montgomery County succeeds together.
Again, thank you to all those who worked so hard to make this election a success. I’m looking forward to continuing to serve the people of Montgomery County.
