The Montgomery County Health Department has confirmed Thursday morning 16 new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 75 confirmed cases since its first case was recorded. The increase in numbers may, in part, be related to increased testing.
Health department staff have launched contact investigations in connection with the 16 additional cases.
