Helen L. (Day) Pithoud, 95, of Kingman passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, July 21, 2021, while surrounded by her loving family.

She was born March 9, 1926, at Clearwater, Florida, to the late Arlie Day and Leora Rodgers Day Piske.

Helen graduated from Veedersburg High School. On May 12, 1944, she married the love of her life Elisha Moore Pithoud, who preceded her in death July 10, 1999.

She enjoyed traveling to many destinations, visits and dinners with her friends, Sunday dinners with her family and weekly breakfast with her classmates. She was always up for (almost) any family adventure … water-sliding, jet-skiing, zip-lining, making long treks for birthday parties and ball games, and dressing up for fun family photos!

She is survived by her children, Steve (Cheryl Adams) Pithoud of Williamsport, Jeff (Sybil Dupies) Pithoud of Buckeye, Arizona, Curt Pithoud of Kingman, Randy (Wanda Burdine) Pithoud of Kingman and Alesa Pithoud of Kingman; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Andrea Bradley-King and Denise Pithoud; son Eric Pithoud; two grandsons, Jason Lee and Danny Bradley-King; and two brothers, Russell Day and Wilbur Day.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday, July 25 at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S. First St, Kingman. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 26 at the funeral home, with Helen’s grandson-in-law Ken Charlton officiating.
