The Linden Library collected donations from its summer reading participants and patrons to donate to the Almost Home Humane Society in Lafayette, and also to the Animal Welfare League in Crawfordsville. The summer reading participants also made dog toys and treats to donate to the shelters, and the library staff is grateful to all families who donated. Upon delivering the supplies to AHHS, Kris DeHahn, AHHS Fundraising Coordinator, was kind enough to show us around the shelter.
