Chargers fall at
Danville
The North Montgomery girl’s soccer team fell 6-0 at Sagamore Conference foe Danville on Monday night. Sydney Turner had nine saves in the defeat.
“The score was not indicative of the play tonight,” Chargers coach Julie Hodges said. “This was a great game to learn from. Our underclassmen really stepped up and improved throughout the game against a top conference team.”
The Chargers are back in action on Thursday at home against Greencastle.
Mustang golfers in
action
The Fountain Central girl’s golf team was in action on Monday night at Rivercresy Golf Course against Covington and Parke Heritage.
The Mustangs fired a 267, and were led by Nola Walls’ 64, and Cassadi Parks 65
