Housing symposium planned

Thrive West Central and the Montgomery County Housing Steering Committee will offer a housing symposium, “Unlocking the Future of Housing,” from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hoosier Heartland State Bank Success Center, 1623 S. U.S. 231.

Organizers describe the event as one “that will revolutionize our community’s housing landscape.”

Topics will include a discussion of market potential analysis and how this drives lenders, builders, realtors, government entities and other key stakeholders, to restart the housing affordability ecosystem.

“In partnership with Club 720 Solutions, we have created a program that catalyzes an exciting new era of housing development throughout the West Central Indiana region,” said Ryan Keller, executive director for Thrive West Central. “We envision a future where sustainable, age- friendly homes are the norm — providing an environment where our communities can thrive for decades to come.”

Thrive West Central invites you to visit its resource library to view the Montgomery County Market Potential Analysis at Montgomery County (www.thrivewestcentral.com).

“Imagine a world where everyone has access to safe, affordable and sustainable housing,” Keller said. “We believe this vision can become a reality, but it starts with you. By attending this event, you’ll be at the forefront of this movement, driving change and making a difference.”
