Infant Waylon Reece Harwood, just 7 days old, passed away at 4:22 a.m. Dec. 9, 2024, in Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis.
He was born Dec. 2, 2024, with respiratory complications he couldn’t overcome, he fought hard and is now an Angel. He was the son of Zachary and Cassandra Galante Harwood who reside near Fowler.
Surviving, along with his parents, are a brother, Beau Harwood; grandparents, Brad and Melissa Geiger Harwood of rural Lafayette; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Private graveside services will be held in New Richmond Cemetery. Family and Friends Funeral Home of Wingate is assisting Waylon’s family.
