Members of the Parke Heritage High School Jobs for America’s Graduate class competed in the District Contest held Jan. 20 at Ivy Tech in Terre Haute. Those participating in the contest were Lilly Freeman and Mariah Reamer for Public Speaking, Levi Markham for Employability Skills, Zane Ray for Creative Solutions, Ashton Mrdja and Mason Query for Critical Thinking, Chance Myers for Career Presentation, and Sabrina Patton and Trent York for Writing Skills. The JAG program is a state-based, national non-profit organization dedicated to helping high school students achieve success through graduation. Kimberly Snodgrass is the instructor of this program.
