The Flower Lovers Garden Club has chosen an outstanding space at the home of Carl and Samantha Kincaid for the July Garden of the Month. As you drive east on Wabash Avenue, you will notice mid-block the wonderful brick home at 401 has been given a lot of attention. From the draped buntings on the front porch to the lovely landscaped yard that surrounds the home you get a sense of the family’s pride. The geranium bordered walkway is an invitation to come “sit a spell” and watch the world go rushing by. Although the Kincaid family has only been in their home for a couple of years; they have certainly made it their own with the plantings and shrubbery they have chosen. Beautiful lilies, hydrangeas and ornamental bushes are only a few of the choices that will catch your eye at this featured July garden.
