Ky Allen Kelly, a son, born Feb. 26 at Witham Health Services, Lebanon, to Carli Reagan and Garrett Kelly of Thorntown. At birth, he weighed 8 pounds, 12.6 ounces. He is the couple’s first child.
Maternal grandparents are Jeremy Young and Stacy Gideon. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Carl Reagan and Janet Reagan and Rodney and Maria Heaton.
Paternal grandparents are Jim Kelly and Jill Davis. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Cletus and Betty Davis and the late Faye and Margaret Kelly.
