Kyle Ray Walker, 60, of Greencastle passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021.
Born April 22, 1960 in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Jack W. and Penelope J. (Roach) Walker and was a graduate of Fountain Central High School Class of 1978.
Kyle worked as a shipping clerk for Walmart Distribution in Greencastle. He had previously been a manager at the Greencastle McDonalds.
Kyle was a fanatic sports fan, and an avid follower of Purdue and the Chicago Cubs.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law Charlene Cox.
Kyle is survived by his wife, Laurie Ann (O’Neal) Walker; son Peyton Walker; mother; sister Kittina Jones; nephew Jared Daniel; and nieces, Kirsten (Scott) Elmore and Karlee Jones; and great nieces and nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle. Interment will follow at the Putnamville Cemetery, Putnamville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 4-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26.
