Lawrence Butler III of Indianapolis, formerly of Crawfordsville, passed away Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, at the age of 28.
Born March 12, 1992, at Crawfordsville, he was the son of Lawrence M. Butler Jr. and Catherine M. Caldwell Butler. He attended Crawfordsville schools. He worked as a furniture builder for Scandinavian.
Surviving family includes: his two children, Gabriela and Carson Butler; parents Lawrence and Cathy Butler; sister Tiffany Chavez; brother Nathaniel Butler; sister Destiny Butler; brother Brian Hopkins; and the mother of his children, Robin McClure.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22 at Burkhart Funeral Home. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
