When I decided to not seek another term on the Montgomery County Council, because of changes and new demands with my business, I looked back on my term and felt good about the positive direction Montgomery County is headed. I want to thank all of you that voted and supported me and felt an obligation to try to find someone with the dedication, desire, responsibility, leadership and love of Montgomery County to continue moving us positively forward into the future.
I found that person in Jake Bohlander. He is of the younger generation that needs to be involved in the decision making for our future. He was born and raised in Montgomery County, is a North Montgomery and Purdue graduate and an ag business owner so he understands fiscal responsibilities and has great leadership qualities. Bohlander and his wife Morgan have planted their roots here so it is important to them for Montgomery County to prosper and grow with improved quality of life for us all.
I’m confident that Bohlander will work well with fellow council members, commissioners, other county officials and personnel along with the city to move us positively into the future and continue making Montgomery County a great place to live and work.
Please join me in voting for a positive future, vote Bohlander for Montgomery County Council. Also, I’m so positive he is the right choice, I’m his committee chairperson.
