I recently wrote a letter to the editor about my concern for bicyclists on C.R. 150 between U.S. 231 and Ladoga Road. I have been educated by a friend that bicyclists have the same rights as motor vehicles and are allowed to ride two wide. I’m still concerned about their safety on this section of the road and feel frustration when traffic is backing up but at least I now know by law they have the same right to the roadway as motor vehicles.
