The Supreme Court has ruled that the Trump administration should facilitate the return of Mr. Abrego Garcia to the United States. President Donald Trump admits that he could do so, but has refused. This is constitutional crisis. The situation has two implications:
1. Anyone can be sent to a foreign prison without a trial. It could happen to you. It doesn’t matter if the charges are true or not.
2. It’s the end of our Constitutional system. If Trump can simply ignore the Supreme Court, then the Supreme Court no longer matters and our three branches of government have been pruned down to two.
