As a concerned citizen of Indiana, I write to state my opinion of the action/behavior of AG Rokita on April Fool’s Day toward the LGBTQ+ community of Indiana. His action/behavior was inappropriate as a representative of the leadership of our state and Office of Attorney General.
AG Rokita owes the LGBTQ+ community a public written apology immediately. I have written to our Senators Buchanan and Deery and Representatives Baird, Thompson, Genda and Commons, who regularly attend Legislative Breakfasts hosted by our local Chamber of Commerce.
