I saw the article about county employees possibly being able to carry a firearm while at work and the question I have is why? Why would a county employee who isn’t a member of law enforcement need the ability to carry a gun while at work? What was going on that put the sheriff in the position to tell some they could and others they couldn’t carry a gun at work? I’m all for the Second Amendment, but this makes no sense and I would think the possible liability involved would be a real concern to our county leaders.
