We would like to urge Montgomery County voters to support Jake Bohlander for County Council at Large. We have known Bohlander and his family for many years and know they are a great asset to our community.
Bohlander started his own business and has roots in Montgomery County. Having an agriculture background he knows the importance of budgeting and spending money wisely. As a businessman, he knows the importance of spending funds where they are needed and will take that experience to the county council.
A common theme we hear anymore is that many young people want to leave Montgomery County in search of a better life. With Bohlander, we now have a young man with a vested interest in Montgomery County and a passion to serve.
We need people like him behind the wheel of county spending. He is a person who wants to see Montgomery County grow, prosper and thrive. Not often do we see someone of his age, desire, energy and willingness to serve his fellow county residents.
As a current county councilman, I look forward to working with someone that has Jake’s common sense. In speaking with Bohlander, it’s easy to see his passion to serve, and I am confident he is ready to hit the ground running.
