Linden library plans Christmas open house

Posted

LINDEN — The Linden Carnegie Public Library will have a Christmas Open House from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Dec. 2.

Santa will be visiting the library that evening for kids to visit with and snap a photo too. The library staff will have several stations set up around the building where kids can do a craft, select a free book from Penguin Random House, choose a pair of gloves or mittens from the mitten tree, and participate in the search for the 8 missing reindeer around the library.

Those who find all of the missing reindeer and turn in the correct names will be entered into a prize drawing to be drawn at the end of December.

Before guests go, they can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and a treat.
