The Journal Review will soon be launching a text-to-speech audio feature that will offer readers the option to listen to news content.
The new Artificial Intelligence (AI) audio feature uses technology to dynamically convert written content into an audio file almost instantly and with incredible accuracy. An easy-to-locate play button offers readers an effortless way to listen to news with just one click.
Journal Review Publisher Shawn Storie affirmed his enthusiasm for the new feature commenting, “At a time when interest in digital audio is stronger than ever, we’re excited to roll out this new feature to enhance the news experience for our customers. With this new feature our customers can listen to Montgomery County news where and when they want it.”
