OTTERBEIN — 95 Bravo of Otterbein was a 2023 awardee of a Indiana Destination Development Corporation grant.
The art submission for this grant was of a veteran focused memorial mural to be displaced on the side of the building at 110 S. Main St., Otterbein.
Crawfordsville graffiti artist Ronnie Flip Walters of Mystica Creations was hired to complete the mural.
He has targeted finalization and signing of the mural on Monday, a fitting Memorial Day tribute for this project.
