Lois Ann (Wray) Risner, 75, of Greenfield passed away Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, at Greenfield Healthcare Center.
She was born Dec. 19, 1948, at Crawfordsville, to the late Paul Leroy and Helen Louise (LaFollette) Wray.
Lois graduated from Darlington High School in 1968. She was employed by Walmart, working in the Optical Lab. Lois married William Ross Risner on July 27, 2002. She enjoyed gambling and traveling. Lois has been reunited with her dog, Poncho, whom she loved dearly.
Lois will be deeply missed by her husband of 22 years; children, Kelly (Heather) Hamilton, Ann (Ryan) Furr and Tom Bruton; sister Sally (Frank) Bergsma; grandchildren, Shelby (Dalton) Scaggs, Erica Furr, Brittany Morales and Macy Bruton; several great-grandchildren; and her beloved pup, Rusty.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Alan and Larry Wray.
A gathering of friends and family will be held 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 at Sanders Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington St.
