Maralaine “Mary” (Hancock) Livingston Bonebrake Davis, 86, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Brownsburg Meadows in Brownsburg, Indiana.

She was born April 10, 1935, at Spencer, Indiana, to the late Rawland and Helen (Frey) Hancock.

Mary worked at Steel Industry, Impex and retired from RR Donnelley’s in 1996. On March 31, 1994, she married Donald Gene Davis, who preceded her in death July 13, 2017. She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, landscaping, camping, had a great sense of humor and always had a great comeback. 

She is survived by son Steven Livingston of Waynetown; two daughters, Karen (Berny) Fitzgerald of Brownsburg and Wanda Hutchison of Crawfordsville; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her previous husbands, Guy Livingston, Lester Livingston, Bill Bonebrake and Donald Davis; two brothers, John and Robert Hancock; and sister Frances Fiscus.

A celebration of life for Mary Davis will be 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 1 at Raccoon Lake. Directions — U.S. 36 West to Belmore then south (left) on Highway 59. Turn left on Ferndale Road, then left on Dam Road. Across the dam is a park area and we are in the far shelter. Please join us and see why this was Mom and Don’s favorite spot. Her ashes will be buried with Donald’s ashes next to her late husband, Bill Bonebrake, at Oakland Cemetery in Elmdale.
