Marianne Davis, 88, of Frankfort died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, at IU Arnett Hospital, Lafayette.
She was born March 11, 1932, at Indianapolis, to Cecil and Wilma (Strong) Young. She married Robert L. Davis on Sept. 14, 1950, at Frankfort and he preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 2019.
Marianne was a 1950 graduate of Frankfort High School. She was a homemaker and a member of the OES Clinton Chapter #6 for more than 50 years.
Surviving are son Kim A. (Carol) Davis of rural Frankfort; daughter Linda S. (Frank) Phillips of Brazil; two sisters, Carolyn Wheeler of rural Frankfort and Barbara Harvey of Frankfort; two grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister C. Maxine Yates and brother Cecil Lynn Young.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
