Martha Lee Bowman, 73, of Crawfordsville passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2021, at St Vincent Indianapolis.
She was born March 8, 1948, to the late Robert Wayne and Helen Winifred (Tripps) Bowman.
Martha attended Lizton and Ladoga schools. Martha was recently working at Crawford Industries, where she has worked for over 40 years. She also worked at County Market and the bowling alley. Many knew Martha as Nena. Martha enjoyed going to the Eagles, working, going on motorcycle rides back in the day, and spending time with her family.
Martha is survived by: two sons, Jeff Bowman and Derrick (Melissa) Groumoutis; daughter Angela Bowman; three sisters, Jeanie (Harold) Page, Linda Fitzpatrick and Emma Coffenberry; five grandchildren, Tori Bowman, Megan Welishimer, Trevor, Peyton and Jordyn Groumoutis; two great-grandchildren, Alex Bowman and Kaine Jones; one great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Cameron Groumoutis.
Visitation will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington St., Crawfordsville, on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from 3 p.m. until the time of memorial service at 5 p.m. Sanders Priebe Funeral Care entrusted with care.
