Mary Jeanne Hostler passed away peacefully in her sleep Sept. 11, 2020, at her daughter’s home in Waller County, Texas. She was 94.
Mary Jeanne (Johnson) was born March 14, 1926, at Minneapolis, Minnesota, to parents Clarence John Eugene Johnson and Effie Mae Johnson. She lived as an only child in the Minneapolis area until marriage and children took her on an adventure out west to live for the remainder of her life.
Mary Jeanne loved her family, a good book, Mexican Food, soda (pop) and the occasional margarita. She lived life to the fullest.
Mary Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Effie Mae.
She is survived by her four children, George Anderson, Mary Jo (Willie) Wilson, Janie (Jack) Ziegler and Clint (Lisa) Blundon; her five grandchildren, Julie (Chris) Carmody, Jennifer (Bob) Campbell, Chris (Ashley) Styer, Madeleine Blundon and Nicholas Blundon; and her six great-grandchildren Jordyn (Nick) Hollek, Courtney (Nicholas) LaFleur, Caitlyn Carmody, Ethan Campbell, Austin Campbell and Nora Styer.
Mary Jeanne chose not to have a service after her passing. Her ashes will be taken to a location to be determined by her surviving children.
