Mary Rebecca McCollum, 65, of Veedersburg passed away Monday, July 13, 2020, at her home.
She was born Oct. 24, 1954, at Hillsdale, Indiana, to the late Henry Woodrum and Rebecca Jane Andrew.
Mary attended Turkey Run and Fountain Central schools. She worked many jobs throughout the years, which included being a seamstress at steel grip, grocery stocker and a cook at a nursing home. She enjoyed spending time watching TV and embroidery. She dearly loved her dog Chewy and cat Tuxie.
Mary is survived by four sons, Buddy (Jamie Difenderfer), Chad (Stephanie Frank), Justin and Derrek McCollum; step-mother Kaleen Woodrum; two sisters, Sandy (Delbert) Woodrum and Rita (Terrel) Furr; brother Eugene Woodrum; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; special friends, Mary Jenkins, Debbie Coonse and David Ray; and several nieces and nephews.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be at from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday, July 20 at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S. First St., Kingman. Pastor Tim Lyons will officiate.
