Maverick Eugene High, a son, born July 13 at Witham Health Services, Lebanon, to Blake and Kara (Ellingwood) High, Crawfordsville. At birth, he weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce. He was welcomed home by brothers, Cameron Holt, 10, Braycen High, 8 and Jayce Meece, 8.
Maternal grandparents are Richard Ellingwood; and Kris and Alan Brock. Maternal great-grandfather is Glen Turpin.
Paternal grandparents are Angela and Ryan Shephard. Paternal great-grandmother is Dorothy High.
